At A.S Solution, we strive to process and complete orders quickly and efficiently. Since many of our products are customized and made specifically according to customer requirements, order cancellations are subject to the following conditions.
Customers may request to cancel their order before the production process has started.
If the cancellation request is approved at this stage, any payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable processing or transaction charges, if any.
Once the design approval is given or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because customized products are manufactured specifically based on the customer’s submitted details and design.
For bulk or wholesale orders, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If raw materials or production work has already been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

Contact information
Reason for cancellation
Our team will review the request and inform you about the cancellation status.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
